Short version: MKG My E-Fed runs on your computer and keeps your data there.
We don't collect, receive or sell any of it.
1. WHAT THE APP STORES, AND WHERE
Your feds, shows, wrestlers, championships, results, notes, uploaded
images, video links, restore points and settings are stored only on your
computer, in your Windows user folder:

The app runs a small local server that only accepts connections from your
own computer (127.0.0.1). Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry, no
advertising, no tracking and no automatic crash reports. It doesn't
"phone home". The only automatic request is the update check (3d),
which sends nothing about you and can be turned off.
3. WHEN THE APP USES THE INTERNET
Only when you choose to use one of these features:
a. Video links. When you add a YouTube, Vimeo or Twitch link and view
it, the video is loaded from that service. That service may collect
information (such as your IP address and cookies) under its own
privacy policy. Nothing loads from them until you add a link.
b. Outside links (for example "Find me on YouTube") open in your own web
browser.
c. Contact support. The support form doesn't send anything itself. It
opens a pre-filled email in your own email app, to
mortalknightgaming@gmail.com. You can read and edit the email before
you send it. If "Include app info" is ticked, the email includes the
app version, your browser/system description (user agent) and how many
feds you have. It never includes your fed data or file paths. If you
send it, we use your email only to answer you.
d. Update check. At most once a day, when the app starts, it asks
itch.io (api.itch.io) for the newest version number of MKG My E-Fed.
The request contains no information about you, your feds or your
computer; like any web request, itch.io sees your IP address under
its own privacy policy. Nothing is downloaded or installed
automatically. Turn it off with "Check for updates" on the start
screen or in the tray menu. Copies installed with the itch.io app
don't check (the itch app handles updates).
e. Backups to a folder. If you choose a folder that is synced by a cloud
service (such as OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive), that service
uploads the backup files under its own terms.
4. YOUR PURCHASE
You bought the app through a store such as itch.io or Gumroad. The store
handles your payment and account details under its own privacy policy.
We receive only what the store shares with sellers (typically your email
address and order details) and use it only for your purchase and
support.
5. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA
- Export any fed as a .zip, or back up to a folder you choose.
- Delete a fed in the app (it's moved to a recoverable "deleted" folder).
- Uninstalling the app keeps your data, so a reinstall picks it up. To
remove everything, delete the folder %APPDATA%\MKG My E-Fed after
uninstalling.
6. CHILDREN
The app doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including
children.
7. CHANGES
If a future version changes how data is handled (for example optional
online features), this policy will be updated and the change explained
before you use that feature.
